  • All projects start after mutual agreement on scope and deliverables.

  • Work progress is shared regularly with the client.

  • Timelines may vary based on project requirements and client feedback.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only applicable before work has commenced.

  • Once development, design, or marketing work starts, refunds are not available.

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed service due to our fault, partial refunds may be considered.

Cancellations:

  • Clients can request project cancellation via email.

  • Unused prepaid amounts may be refunded within 10 business days after review.
